All cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance (the day before your appointment). Any cancellations not at least one day prior to your appointment will warrant a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.
You have a 15-minute grace period past your appointment time. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will be assessed. No one other than yourself is allowed at your appointment that includes kids. If you show up with a kid(s) your appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will be assessed.
